I have both been where you are at today. Life has gotten in the way. School, career, family, friends, or any of the other things that have been made a priority over yourself. You have put on some extra weight and it sucks! It adds stress to your already hectic life. It brings your confidence down and prevents you from fully participating in the things that you love to do. Take back control of your life and get the body that you deserve!
A couple of years ago that’s exactly where I was, hell I still fall in to these traps sometimes. I was gaining weight and felt weaker than have ever before. That’s when I started hitting the gym and looking for guidance. I found what worked in my crazy schedule and lifestyle and got the results I was looking for.
